Song Of The Day: Waxahatchee - Lilacs

If I'm a broken record, write it in the dust, babe
I'll fill myself back up like I used to do
And if my bones are made of delicate sugar
I won't end up anywhere good without you

If we've learned anything from this tumultuous year, it's that we've had to learn how to adapt. During these many months sitting inside, sometimes alone, it's easy to slip into a negative way of thinking. American indie singer Waxahatchee's wonderful song "Lilacs" (from her gorgeous album Saint Cloud) is about the dangers of slipping into that negative headspace, but how the only person that can help us out in the end is ourselves. We're flawed and fragile, but making it through inch by inch.

Take care of yourself today!
