My goal with the Global Goals collection is twofold: On the one hand, we want to spread the word about the World Goals so that they are adopted and implemented, and on the other hand, we want to put the production where it makes a difference. Today there are 400 million people in the 'handmade sector' who do not have access to formal education, but who know a craft that gives them an income. These are the people we want to work with.
We have personally visited all our workshops and therefore know for sure that working conditions and wages are decent, that production is environmentally friendly and that the metals are recycled.
We are proud that our production makes a difference, and continue to look for workshops around the world where we can contribute to a better future.
