Purchase of a beautiful necklace with a water drop pendant
I have never experienced such great customer service!
I had trouble closing the clasp (my right hand is disabled), so I called and asked if there was another chain/clasp I could buy so I could use my necklace.
The employee listened and sent me both a new chain and clasp, so now I can use the necklace, and I am both overwhelmed and touched by the fine treatment.
